Once I ship your package out I have NO CONTROL of your package. You will receive an email that your order has been shipped out and also a tracking number will be provide as well. You are able to track your package to see when it will be delivered or when it has been delivered.

Therefore, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

I package every product with enough protection for it to not be damaged while in transit, but if there is a time where it does happen during its process time I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE.
